I'm creating a flow in which a user would fill up a form with a required attachment and submit to me for approval. the response is sent to an outlook email for an approval using the 'send email with options' step. What my concern is, I can't figure out how to re-attach the file attachment from the response to the approval email. Also, once it has been approved, I'd also like to re-attach said file to the approval notification email (Send Email V2) which I'm not entirely sure how to do so as well. I know that these attachments go straight to sharepoint/onedrive once the form is sent but I don't know how to fetch that specific file and re-attach to an email in Flow. Anyone's assistance would be very much appreciated.
