The power automate flow has successfully run by sending emails to different group of people. Each email is attached with a number of reports (in pdf).
However, when the email attachments are around 25mb, it would failed.
I did some research on the possible solution as below, but none of them applicable due to certain condition:
1) Using Azure - My account is under free license and need to request approval from IT department (need waiting time)
2) Export to Sharepoint/OneDrive and share link - Workable, yet will need to control access and consider data retention issue
Is there anyone having same experience, any workaround for this kind of case?
