Hi all,
I need your help for a tricky requirement.
On a portal, we want to have a consultant who can connect on the behalf of a customer to fill a form.
Basically, the consultant will help the customer to fill up the form on the customer name for some data, but the customer has to give the consultant access to his account to help him fill the form, so the consultant doesn't fill a form without the consent and the autorization of the customer.
This consultant can fill a form for different customer.
Is there a way to do it ?

Never had to do anything like this but I feel like you'd need to build a process for it on the portal.
A form where a Customer can grant permanent or temporary access to another contact to perform actions on their behalf. And on your form that needs to be submitted, if the logged in user has been selected by someone else as a valid replacement contact, maybe a "On Behalf of" field becomes visible and they're able to select from all the users that selected them as a valid replacement contact.
Just thinking out loud here, hope this helps in some way
