How to find Team ID to send Team Shifts to Outlook?

Hi Everyone!

Im currently trying to build a flow so that when I make my teams monthly schedule, the shifts get posted also into a specific outlook calendar so that the rest of my remote team can view it. When creating the flow, it still shows Staffhub as the shifts option, and im not sure if this is the reason I cannot build it correctly. It seems like it should be a very simple process, but maybe Im doing something wrong?

Really Im trying to find the correct Team ID and ive tried everything availble to me in MS Teams. Also I am not admin of the group, but an owner. Im not sure if that makes a difference.

Thank you,

Taylor

    Hi @davist8 ,

Do you want to create an event in Outlook when a shift is created on Shifts?

    Have you tried with StaffHub?

From the following doc we know that Microsoft StaffHub will be retired in October 2019:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/expand-teams-across-your-org/shifts/microsoft-staffhub-to-be-retired

However, it is still in use current, you may check the following thread for a reference:

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Teams/Shifts-and-Flow/td-p/320396

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi Taylor!

Do you have solved that tricky FLOW ACTION? I tried that new SHIFTS-Flows ... but not successful.

    Kai.
