Hello!  I can no longer see my flows.  Instead, I get an error that says "an error occurred while communicating with the cloud services.  make sure that access to the required cloud services aren't blocked and try again" (screenshot attached below) I have no idea what happened, but this error appears at every machine I try to log into.  I've been using PAD every day for weeks without a problem and then today, this.  Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

    Hi,
     
    Please refrain from opening the Power Automate Desktop app immediately after logging into your system, as some cloud services require time to initiate. It's advisable to launch your PAD after few minutes.
     
    If it's still not functioning, attempt to restart your system and try again after another five minutes. If the issue persists, reinstalling the Power Automate Desktop app may sometimes resolve the problem.

    Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue.  When I open up PAD, I immediately get met with an error that says "OneDrive error  An error related to OneDrive occurred."  I can log into OneDrive with no problem, so I have no idea what is going on here.

    I am also experiencing difficulties accessing my Power Automate flows. While I can access OneDrive with my Hotmail account , I am unable to load my flows within the Power Automate environment. I have attempted logging out and back in with my Outlook account, and i don't have that issue.

    I suspect there may be an ongoing issue with the Microsoft server or maybe something relate with Hotmail maybe..

    In the meantime, to run the flow, you can recover it from your local files. This involves navigating to the following directory:

    C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace

    Please note that loading the recovered flow may take some time.

    I also couldn't access it with my Hotmail account, but I was able to access it after creating an Outlook account.
     
    Please tell me how to restore the flow from local files. 
     
    I was able to find the folder with the created flow at the following path:
    C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace
     
    After that, I tried placing the folder in the following path under the OneDrive of my Outlook account, but it didn't work. Is there a way to import it into Power Automate?
    My Files > Apps > Power Automate Desktop For Windows

    2日前から同じような状況となっています。
    急にフローが作成できなくなり、以前作成したフローも見えず、エラーメッセージが表示されています。
    何か手が無いか、試行錯誤していましたが、挙句の果てにはホーム画面にまでも到達できなくなりました。
    助けてほしい。

    it will at least get some of flow from local machine. but for the cloud file. I still not find the way to get it to work yet.

    Same problem here. Acessing my power automate account in the browser, when you click in the account icon reveal an ? icon. Can't acess all my flows.

    Thank you, JasonTran4000, for your continued work on getting something to work.  I have confidence that we will figure this out!  Meanwhile, I have someone from Microsoft OneDrive support looking into the issue from their end, although it's looking more and more like it's a PAD issue.

    Scott Cassin. I able to login to my hotmail account just today. but all my flow is gonna. do you able to login ? and check if your flow still there? Thanks
