I have built a approval flow, it was running fine but now It's throw an error Status as "Bad Gateway". I have created another approval flow in the same environment, it also gives me the same error. Please give some idea to fix it.

Not sure if this is the case, but it seems like also due to security role being changed. Please refer to below blog, find the approval administrator role and check if the privileges are correct.
