How to improve trigger time?

How do you change the below interval?

It seems like my flow sometimes takes 3-8 minuttes to trigger after an email arrives in a shared inbox. Any solution? This causes a big problem.

I don't think this is going to be anything you can control.

Office365 Known Issues and Limitations with Triggers

The link shows that "Triggers fire on the corresponding event's occurrence almost immediately in most cases, but there could be rare circumstances when the trigger's delay to fire may take up to one hour."

If your process will have a "Big Problem" if the trigger is delayed by 5 minutes after an email is received then try to think of how to change the process overall. Like maybe an email is not the best way to trigger something, is there an alternative?

Or can the process depending on an immediate trigger be adjusted to accommodate the potential delay?

The flow's objective is to automate the forwarding of emails from a shared sales inbox to the appropriate sales assistants using predefined criteria, eliminating the need for manual forwarding. However, the shared inbox also receives new inquiries that require manual review. During this manual review process, sales assistants might end up handling emails that the flow could have managed, as it might not react quickly enough. Could you recommend trigger modifications to address these challenges? I am still new to Power Automate.

You could try setting Rules in Outlook Web App and see if that will be faster for you.

From what I have read, if you just need the forwarding function then using Rules has better results. If you were doing complicated things like file extraction and data recording, then Power Automate is what you use.

But be sure to make the rules in the Outlook Web App so the rules apply everywhere; don't make the rules using your desktop Outlook.
