Reusing a SharePoint Power App Form

Hi Community, is there already a way to save a customized form as a template to be used on different SharePoint Lists?

I will need to create more than 10 SharePoint Forms, with the same fields and structure but for different SharePoint Lists.

If not, can someone explain technically why?

If yes, what's the solution and do I need to buy any premium license/add on?

Hi @WarrenBelz it seems a nice solution but I'm not an expert and there are things that I'm not aware off, like where is the OnStart code and the SPI which I think it might not be available to me.

Anyway, do you have any video demonstrating your solution?

Hi @MI2022 ,

I have not made a video and yes, you would have to copy any OnStart or Screen OnVisible code as well. My blog was more an awareness that this can be done and quite easily. The SharePointIntegration is available on every integrated app in the left menu.

Hi @WarrenBelz I've tried to follow your solution from your blog. And seems that the copy paste of all data cards from one app to another worked, the only thing that gave a little more effort was the changing of the Data Source (list name).

Sure, just use the functionality of Search & Replace. Search by the name of the Data Source and Replace by the new name.

It's a typical Microsoft thing.. I did the same thing again, only this time it worked.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ go figure.
