InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions for action 'Condition'

I posted about problems I was encountering while trying to determine whether any emails were received into an inbox in the proceeding 24 hrs:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Determining-whether-emails-were-received-in-24-hours-prior-to/m-p/2636963#M295708

I'm battling Microsoft's clunky login system (is there any aspect of Microsoft that *isn't* clunky?!) and so I'm posting again.

The latest error is as follows:

InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions for action 'Condition' at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language function 'greater' expects two parameter of matching types. The function was invoked with values of type 'String' and 'Integer' that do not match.'.

Please can anyone help?

    Hi @WJSSW ï¼Œ

Could you post a complete screenshot of your flow configuration?

Let me see the information filled in on both sides of condition.

    Best Regards,

    Sunshine Gu

    Hi @WJSSW ,

Why you have two length function?

Please delete a function and remain only one.

Hi Sunshine - I'm not sure how that crept in - probably through the painful process of trying to understand what was causing everything to go wrong.

I've deleted it, and the flow fails with this error:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Select' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language expression 'outputs('Filter_array')['body/value']' cannot be evaluated because property 'body/value' doesn't exist, available properties are 'body'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions for usage details.'.

    @WJSSW @v-yetonggu-msft,

I have noticed that the new UI seems to add data twice in the expression builder.  I know I do not paste it twice.  Thought you might like to know and @v-yetonggu-msft  can you please reprot that up the chain.

    Regards,

    Andrew

    Hi @WJSSW ,

Because there is a little problem with the new designer.

Please fill in body('Filter_array') instead of the outputs('Filter_array')?[body/value] in Select's from.

    vyetonggumsft_1-1710300490525.png

    body('Filter_array')

Or I suggest you rebuild flow directly and convert to classic designer.

Sunshine - I had no expectation that we'd get to the bottom of this because I find Power Automate such a difficult and erratic product, but wanted to thank you for your perserverence and kind help nevertheless.

    However!

You've only gone and solved my problem!

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The flow runs successfully and generates the email I wanted (i need to work on neatening the email format up but that's by-the-by).

    I'm so grateful. Thanks again.
