BUG REPORT::SharePoint GetItemChanges action fails with HTTP 400 error

Here's the screenshot:

As you can see, the GetItemChanges action complains regarding an 'Invalid format for version input value' BUT I specify no such thing in the input params.  And versioning is enabled on the list.  So WTF is going on here when the Power Automate process sends its REST request to SharePoint?

Can anyone at Microsoft please fix this as this flow needs to go in production next week and a Power Apps depending on it can't be deployed until this action works?

    Son of a f***ing bi*ch!!!   Even though the Since and Until input fields clearly state that you can use a date instead of a version #, it doesn't like dates in the Until field.  Leave this field empty, and there is no runtime error.

    Using a date in the Since field does not generate an error BUT it causes the action output to go back in time way before the date you specify.  Example:

    Since = 2023-07-23T03:21:39Z

    and this output of the action shows that the version # used for Since is a number dating back to 2023-07-22 04:45!!!

    So yeah, bug confirmed, Microsoft.
