@vicsaisan Would you consider hyperlinking your text instead of including the full URL? I personally prefer hyperlinked text—it looks cleaner. I don't think you can edit the size of the approval notification. If that doesn't work for you, I would recommend including text above "the fold" to tell uses to scroll down.
