Emails are not showing in sent items in desktop app

I have a flow that sends merge mails

the emails get delivered successfully but when I check in sent items in the outlook desktop app I don’t see any 

while in the web app it shows normally 

 

is there a way where I can fix that problem 

also it says to the recipient from

outlook _064DF4e blah blah @Outlook is there a way to remove that part too and I already have the from ( send as ) part filled
