Dear Experts,

I am new in creating flow. I have a requirement for the following. Can you help to build the flow?

Tools Available: One Drive, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Flow.

Scenario 1.  I have a custom list in SharePoint, where the date is included. I want to create a flow wherein based on the date entered in a custom list column - a flow can be triggered to remind the same person based on the date entered on Sharepoint custom list.

Scenario 2. For approval function in flow, is there a workaround for auto approval. Let say if the approver doesn't approve with 10 days. Flow should bypass and considered the action as approved even without the action of the approver.

Scenario 3. How can I send a file from Onedrive to Office 365 user via Flow?

Scenario 4. Can flow create a folder in SharePoint or write/send files in a folder in SharePoint?

Hope to hear from you soon experts. Thank you so much!

I would recomend that you create a post for each one of your questions.  You may have someone that knows one of the answers but not all so they do not reply to your post.

    Hi @Karl_Curan

For your first question, you could create a "Date" column with Date type in the sharepoint list and create a flow as below:

    Capture.PNG

The expression in the Delay Until as below:

    formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['Date'],'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mmZ')

For your second question, the auto approval function is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like the function to be supported in microsoft flow, please submit an idea to flow idea forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

For your third question, you could use microsoft flow to send an email with attachment from your Onedrive to the office 365 user, the flow should as below:

    Capture.PNG

For your fourth question, flow couldn't create just one folder, however flow could create a new folder when create a  file. So you could use flow to create a file in a new folder, and than you could delete the file:

And sure, flow could create a file in a folder in sharepoint.
