Forbidden error when sending an email from another account

Hi, I'm pretty new in Power Platform. I've built a manually triggered flow that sends an email with attachments from another account. I've already added a connection to this account, however, it still gives me a 'Forbidden' error.
It's strange because I've been able to perform this action in another flow; I could send an email from this same account without any issues.

Send an email action (connection with this other account highlighted in yellow):

    Couple of things

    1. Why use .doc your file should have an extension in SharePoint (picking the correct one)
    2. Make sure what the body is (just content)
    3. Verify 1000% that the email its going too can be reached
    4. In the other flow, did you create it as the Service account or yourself, which will impact what you see here.
    5. What's in the body

Here is my suggestion, check all of those, then create another flow. Have that flow open (the new one) and your other one you said works. Copy the action from the one that works, then go to the new one and click Add action and paste it in.

    See if it works.

There are many things that will cause this, all of them I listed. Try that out and come back please.

Hi @Michael E. Gernaey, thanks very much, as you suggested I created a new flow using the service account instead of my own account and it worked. Not sure why though.
