I have installed Document Automation Application and I am following the instructions. I am on this page but I don't have the Configuration tab that is shown in step 1 of Configuring the Model to Use. What can I do?

Cedrick was very helpful. The issue is sort of a quasi permissions issue. My email address that I am logged in with is formatted as First.Last@ABC.com. The app is expecting FLast@abc.com.

Cedrick showed me how to turn on Configuration tab for all users which fixes the problem for now.
