I want to check the value of next row while I was in current row is it possible?

You can use find and replace datatable activity and there you can give input as current item or curren row....as follows
Loop through the data table and current row will be the each row
Use find and replace datatable activity and select find
Give value to find is %currentrow+1%
Then you will get the index of the next row
Use that index in the display message or wherever you need to use.....

It's adding 1 value every where

Such Bad response rate in power automate,
Currentitem.index+1
Take set variable activity
Counter =0
above for each and
Set the variable to
counter= counter+1
At the above of end (for each)
Now counter gives the current row index
So you can give that counter+1 in find and replace activity....
