I have a flow that uses the "When a new email arrives (v3)" it then posts a message to our API. It runs throughout the day but I can't believe it is anywhere near throttling limits. We've been using this process with the same volume for a couple of years.
It appears it was some outage going on as I had all my flows have the throttle error too around that same time.
