Hi,
I need help, (and possibly to hire a pro, but that's another debate...)....
I have written a Flow that successful exports a period of my MS Outlook Events.
This has been triggered by a single word command in a MS Teams Channel and utilises the "Get Calendars (V2)" function to obtain the calendarID associated with my main "Calendar", to then execute "Get Calendar view of events (v3)" to output events between 2 dates into a CSV, which will then be uploaded into datawarehouse for analysis, as we have some identifiers in events that we want to run some stats on.
Problem is I would like to deploy this across sample teams, then departments, which I thought I could do by linking it to MS Teams Channel "key word" trigger, as I assumed it would then run the "Get Calendar..." functions on the user who triggered the flow.
I was wrong.
It just triggers the flow to run from my desktop and outputs my calendar events, instead of the user who triggered the flow.
The ideal outcome for me is to be able to remotely download calendar events from any user's calendar in the organisation, however I have worked with 2 organisations that have failed to do this so far, so I thought that if I could get a flow to work on my own calendar, I would have to then solve the problem of deploying to c. 200 people, which is where I have got to!
Any help appreciated!
Thanks,
Terry
