Send an Email when trigger email sent on behalf of resource room

I have a scenario where we have a resource room (AKA conference room) that has delegates.

1) Employee requests this specific resource room

2) Employee received tentative accept email

3) Delegates receive email asking to accept or decline

4) Delegate accepts invite - This is what I want to be the trigger. I have set up the following flow but keep getting multiple emails (sometimes up to 60 for one accepted invite)

I'm thinking maybe I'm using the wrong trigger? Is there a way to set the trigger to be when an email is sent from a delegate "on behalf" of the room?

G'day @gvanbuhler,

Try using a condition instead of an until action. What do until is doing is looping through all events to find an event that is equal to accepted, every event that it searches through will send an email regardless of its response type. Using a condition will filter the event that was updated and check to see if it was accepted, if it was then it will send an email else, the condition is no and the flow will end.

Using the response type from the trigger in your condition will ensure only the triggered event is filtered and will limit how many times the condition will run.

Wouldn't I need a Get Event action in there since the only acceptance I care a bout for this trigger is from the resource room? I don't want when other attendees accept.

Hey @gvanbuhler,

If you would like to filter events based on the resource room I believe the easiest way to do that would be to use a condition. You can filter the response of the event by email and filter to see if the email is equal to the email of the resource room, then filter to see if the response is accepted to trigger your action of Send an Email. I did not see a way to filter the Get Event action dynamically nor the Get Events action you can use a filter query to only get responses by the resource room but then you would have to filter the events as well to ensure you get the right event.

Using a condition will be the easiest way to get the event and request from the resource room however, I'm not 100% sure it is the right dynamic content, but it should be something similar.
