oob workflow doesnt show all fields of entity

The "look for" field doesnt show dynamic content. it only shows following field. Could anyone please tell me what should I do?

    Can you please verify if you have marked your field as "Searchable" while creating a field ?

    I just dont want any specific field, the entity name will itself be visible under fields(which represents whole record) but it is not visible here
