I have built an flow which uses trigger as below:

Whenever new event creates in Outlook calendar I am adding meeting details to the SharePoint.

Now, I want to change the Mail id to Shared Mailbox. which is like whenever new event creates in SharedMailbox I want to meeting details to SharePoint. I don't see any direct trigger for this action.

any suggestion for above problem statement?

Thanks in Advance.

@GK-24071104-0 You'll still use the same trigger, but you'll select the shared mailbox in the trigger instead of your mailbox.

Note that you'll need the correct permissions to the target shared mailbox. If these permissions have been updated, you'll need to exit the flow editor and re-enter to refresh the list of mailboxes you can select.

@Tomac I tried changing the to custom value and passed my shared Mail box.

I have Owner access to the Shared Mailbox.

Ah - there's the issue. Owner access is not enough for Power Automate. You need Full Access and Send As or Send on Behalf permissions in the target mailbox to work with it in Power Automate.

If this fixes your problem, please remember to mark it as the answer.

Here is the thing that i have done.

    1. Opened SharedMailBox in outlook web
    2. click the ellipse next to the Calendar and select the Sharing and permissions option from the menu
    3. Selected Can edit

You'll need to have an Exchange Admin go into the Exchange Admin Center to give Full Control, per the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/collaboration-exo/shared-mailboxes#use-the-eac-to-edit-shared-mailbox-delegation
