PVA bot Published but teams is not reflecting the changes

Hello,

I created a PVA through the web version and i published it on teams only and it was working fine. Now suddenly i have an issue with publishing the changes:.

For existing users that already interacted with the bot on teams, when something changes in the web version and is published (publishing was successful with no errors), on teams it still shows the old version of PVA and not the new one. Its been almost a week and still showing the old version. I tried start over, restart, uninstalling the bot from teams, sign out sign back in and nothing changed.

For new users that install the bot in teams they see the latest changes but when the web version of PVA changes, then we are back to the point above.

Any help with this? is it happening to others on is it only me?

    Hi,

Are you still seeing the issue? In Teams can you type ‘start over’ to start from the latest version of your bot.
If it doesn't resolve the issue, file a support ticket with the Bot id and .har file so that it can be investigated.

    Hi @ramiromillan ,
I've noticed that this issue can occur if your Microsoft Teams isn't running the latest version. Please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version. If you're not, kindly update it and check if that resolves the problem. If the issue persists despite updating, I recommend creating a support ticket for further assistance.

Same issue. Using the "start over" recommendation doesn't do anything.

    Hi @KarynClose ,

Try to sign out and sign in again.

Signing out and in again did not change anything.

    HI @KarynClose ,

Good idea to raise a support ticket with the network trace.

    Hello
I have the same issue with you, the final solution is to send start over to the chat bot, and then it will use the latest version.
Hope this info can help you.
