Hello everyone,
I’m new to Power Automate and need some advice.
I’ve created a Power Automate flow called “Setup automatic replies in Office 365 Outlook on a recurring basis.” I want to deploy this flow to 80 users in our office. The flow needs to be customizable because each user’s out-of-office schedule is different.
What is the best way to bulk deploy this flow to all users, allowing them to update it based on their specific days off?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

    Hi,

Not sure what is trigger and other functionality of your flow. As per my understanding, you can store the user, auto reply somewhere like excel. for example, you have one excel and their column, user, auto reply, and leave (yes/no). read this data in flow and if leave is yes then send email behalf of the user with auto reply column data.

    Hi Ankit,

The flow is set-up to trigger from a recurrence for now. But I did try configuring it with a SharePoint list so that the users could also set there days and times in the list and turn on the flow as well but was unsuccessful it getting it working.

To provide some context it has been set-up so parttime staff can have automatic out of office emails but the days off the staff do alter from week to week.

Do you know if it is possible to have such a list were the users can enter the days off and time?

    Thanks in advance
