Hello everyone, I'm trying to use the "Post card in a chat or channel" connector to send an adaptive card to Teams, but it's returning a Bad Request error. Previously, it was working fine. Since this morning, it has been giving this error.

Error:

Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The dynamic operation request to API 'teams' operation 'GetUnifiedActionSchema' failed with status code 'BadGateway'.
Http request failed with unhandled exception of type 'ArgumentException' and message: 'Requested value 'HttpOrTeamsWebhookTrigger, HttpAction, HttpActionAsTrigger' was not found

**UPDATE**

I am now able to use my flow with the adaptive card and no longer receiving this error. This may or may not have been the fix, but I manually updated the Power Automate app, re-signed in and it works as it should, or they saw this thread and fixed the issue.

I am experiencing this same issue.
