Creating an Approval IF-ELSE statement

Hi,

I'm very very new to Microsoft Flow and I recently developed a PowerApp application. I wished to connect it with Microsoft flow with an ability to approve it via email but with certain threshold. Would like to ask whether is it possible or not.

I build a PowerApp (Image above) and I wish to push the info whenever

1. if a user select option "Less than 3 months", it will send to Person A and Person B which requires either 1 of them for an approval.

2. if a user select option "3 months", it will send to Person A and Person B which requires both persons for an approval.

Is this IF-ELSE statement allow in Microsoft Flow?

    Hi @insights360,

Welcome!  If/Else in Flow is represented using a condition action, and in your case this would represent "If less than three months do this, but if not then do this."  However, your screenshot shows 4 options in that dropdown that you could potentially build logic around.  If you want to do something different based on each choice, I suggest using a switch action instead of a condition.

To put it all together with an approval step, initialize a string variable which gets set to a different value based on which case (Read: value) is true.  That variable then goes into the approval step as the approver's email.

Here's what it might look like:

I noticed that your "Choice Dropdown" u used is Sharepoint. What if my data source is in CDS? how can I do it?
