Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a text column that displays the vendor's name s we contract with their information in the other columns. i am making a power app for users to enter the information but i want to make the Vendor's name a choice of the ones we already have, or write in a new one.

I can't seem to find the selection to do that in the app, do I have to do a flow if they are adding in a new one? ty
