Hi
I’ve created an automated cloud flow linked to a SharePoint form where we have defined four Areas of Business and corresponding sub-areas.
The flow is designed to send email notifications to relevant managers based on these selections. However, at the moment, only I (the creator) am receiving the email notifications—not the designated managers for each area or sub-area.I attended the recent training sessions, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved during those. I’d appreciate your help in:
Reviewing the flow setup to understand why the emails aren’t reaching the right recipients.
Advising if there’s an issue with how dynamic content, variables, or condition logic is being used
Providing guidance or learning resources to help deepen my understanding of Power Automate, especially with:
Switch/Condition logic based on dropdown values
Sending emails to different recipients based on form responses
Your support would be greatly appreciated.
