The absence of credits in the Power Platform admin centre under 'AI Builder Credits' might be due to how they are allocated and consumed.
When you see the number of credits allocated, it indicates the total available credits for your environment. But it doesn’t necessarily show the credits that have been consumed.
To check the actual consumption of AI Builder credits, you can refer to the AI Builder consumption report. The report provides a breakdown of which components (model/ prediction) have consumed credit.
Here is the navigation to the report: Power Platform Admin Center/ Resources/ Capacity/Download reports/AI builder consumption report
This report will give you insights into the actual usage of your AI Builder credits over time.
If you find that your credits are not being utilized as expected, consider checking if they are assigned to the correct environment and whether any other environments are consuming them.
There is also an existing solution within the community but for a slightly different problem.
