Hello,

I am making a flow that that it takes from a form, that goes to an approval request and once approved that request gets sent to an email address. I only want to show the questions answered in both the approval and final email.

I am getting this error message in my flow.

Invalid parameter for 'Initialize variable'. Error: Enter a valid JSON.

My flow is below. I also wonder if my start and wait for an approval function is correct with the concat function and pointing to the Reponses. As I don't want to show questions that weren't answered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hello,

Thanks for replying Trice.

It still didn't work, so I changed it from object to string. Then it worked after fixing what you said.

My next question is my approval is show the whole concat code now? any way I can fix?

Hi,

Awesome! I am glad the quotation marks helped! Please mark that reply as a verified answer so others can find it quickly. Missing quotes is a common issue and happens to EVERYONE at least once!

For your approval code, the issue is your concat(if(empty))) code is typed in as text. This needs to be entered as an expression, shown below. With your cursor in the details field (and the location you want to add your expression, click on the fx icon OR type in the "/" - both options get your to the expression builder.

MY flow is still showing all the questions including the non-answered ones in the Approval message. Anything else you might think of? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
