Export Sharepoint Data in POWER APPS using POWER AUTOMATE

Hello Guys. I hope you're doing well. I am new to powerapps and powerautomate and I hope that you could help me in finding a solution with my EXPORT functionality of my powerapp and sends an email HTML table using power automate (with custom/desired columns only).

I would like to have an EXPORT button in my powerapp that uses an SHAREPOINT list as my datasource. As for my powerapp, I have 2 search bars and 2 drop down filters (in which it is referenced to the Choice Type column in SP). For the export button, I'd like to function it like it will depend on the different possible scenarios in the search bars and dropdown filters like:

  • Only 1 search bar is populated and the other searchbar and dropdown filters are not populated
  • Only the 2 search bars are populated and dropdown filters are not
  • Only 1 drop down filter is populated and the other dropdown and 2 searchbars are not populated
  • Only 2 dropdown filters are populated and 2 search bars are not.
  • All searchbars and dropdown filters are not populated (all data will be extracted)
  • etc.

and the list continues for all the possible scenarios/combinations and so far I've managed to automate some of the scenarios. HOWEVER, some scenarios are not functioning well and it is giving me an empty html table. Can you help me provide the correct functions for all of the possible scenarios? I'm currently using IF conditions and I dont have any luck on finding the solution for other scenarios. By the way I'm using the QUERY input in P.A.V2 in filter query in GET Items.

I will be attaching my screenshots for my app. Thanks everyone. I hope you can help me.
