Currently I have an annual 365 Personal subscription, but am willing to upgrade if necessary. When I first tried to connect Forms in Power Automate, I received an error message saying "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account." This was attempting to use my standard 365 login info. I then logged into Azure and created a second user with "External ID User Flow Administrator" role assigned. However, when I try this login info when trying to connect Forms to Power Automate I get a new error: "Failed to get onbehalfof access token. User account is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization."
At this point I'm a bit stumped because I was under the assumption Forms was still connectable to PA with a free account, you just couldn't share flows. But maybe I'm wrong? UPDATE: I've since created a workspace account in google, and purchased a domain; now having a business .net email address that I can use. I'm assuming I can create a Microsoft Business account with this now? And if so, would I have access to the features I'm looking for above? I'm seeing Basic, Standard, Premium and Apps for business as the 4 plan options, does it matter which plan I choose, or would all 4 options grant me access to the full Power Automate functionality?
