I have used microsoft forms for years to organize virtual workshops. I now have to organize in-person workshops with limited seating. How can I do this on Forms?
EX. on April 5, we have 250 people attending. Offering 10 different workshops. Want to cap registration at 25 for each workshop.
I assume you want to stop adding details to workshop attendees once the 25 number of people is exceeded. Well from MS Form side - we can't limit how many people can submit the form as per my knoweldge. But within Power Automate cloud flow - you can use some condition to check whether particpant limit for that workshop has excceded or not and can restrict the person details adding to the workshop.
