Get image from URL in email and insert into SharePoint list

I'm not sure if what I'm trying to accomplish can be done without a premium license. I've seen some solutions for this that involve an HTTP connector/webhook, which is a premium feature.

Here's what I'm trying to accomplish:

Power Automate reads email
Gets image from URL in email
- There's a lot of other content in the email that I can't edit, but the link we need to download is always the second [click here] hyperlink link
Create an item in a SharePoint list with the image inserted
- Important: For our use case, the image needs to show up in the SharePoint list as an actual image, not a link to an image.

Can this be done?
