Run automate flow with trigger "When keywords are mentioned" for multiple conversation IDs

Hi,
I have automated flow with "When keywords are mentioned" trigger, now I need to run the flow for Group chats with multiple conversation IDs (these IDs are dynamic).
I know I can store these IDs somewhere in sharepoint, but is there anyway we can run this one flow multiple times for different IDs (after fetching from the sharepoint)?
