Is there a way to locate all records in a SharePoint Document Library that are flagged with Missing Info

Is there a way to locate all records in a SharePoint Document Library that are flagged with Missing Info?

 

I have a set of Document Folders with child Files. The user is required to enter some info when they upload a file. Most do--but a few do not. I like to generate a daily report to the user and their supervisor about documents with missing info.
