If possible ask her to share the flow with others. That's the easiest thing you can do write now. That will just take two minutes.
If not there is no such thing as power automate admin center, from the normal admin center you can will be able to do it not sure.
You can try that.
Go to the link:
https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/home
Then click on environments.
After this open the environment in which the flow is from the list of environments you see.
Then on the bottom right side of the screen you will see resources. And then you will see flows, click on it to open.
Then just click on the flow and share it with others if possible. Or something similar.
