Unable to view Created By and Modified By values in the library

Hi Guys,

I'm unable to view Created By and Modified By values in the library with the created by user name.

Flow requirement: Once the user uploads the document and approved. This document will move to another library Ex: History Lib.

But in this Hist lib Created By and Modified By is showing the name of the user who created the flow and not the end user who uploaded the document.

PFA snapshot of the upload document flow.

Appreciate your help.

    Hi @skolisetti

Your flow is an automated flow - meaning the flow triggers automatically when a file is created.

The actions in this flow will run under the context of the user who created the flow (connectors are under the creators account)

Hence when it creates item in history list it will show created by and modified by as the flow owners account.

    Thanks Reza for your response.

But to achieve this is there any work around ? without creating custom columns for both of them Created By and Modified By.

Because once the item creates in Hist Lib from here > It should send an email to the document created by user. But i'm receiving the email instead of  end user.
