Background: my team has created a Microsoft Form that external users fill out. Based on their selections, a Power Automate flow emails the form information to a specific team member, with a subject line containing "Request," and it is set to come from the shared email. The form information is also added to a Microsoft list.
I was wondering if there was a way to add a button to the email that a internal team member can press to say resolved that would automatically update the list OR if a reply in the thread that states something like "resolved" could trigger that line item to be updated. I would also like a column that shows the date the item was resolved.
So there would be 2 columns that get updated - a status column that would update to 'resolved' and a date column that would show the date that the resolved button was pressed or the date that the 'resolved' email was sent depending on which route could work.
Thanks!
