Hi everyone,

I set up a powerautomate flow and the goals are:

- Get emails placed from specific folder: This is working

- Get email body to display correcty: This is working intermittently. I can see all the text but inline images do not display in Sharepoint.

- Have the ability to open/download attachments in Sharepoint: It works for PDF, Not for XLSX/excel files, and not for image files such jpeg and png.

Can someone please help me so that I can open/download attachments.

    Hi @krivera_2024 ,

Please switch to classic designer and re-create flow.

    Hi @v-yetonggu-msft

Thank you so much! I can now open the attachments.
Is it possible for you to also help get images in the email body to also appear?

At the moment, any png or jpeg image I have appears as below in Sharepoint:

    Hi,

Also to add to my previous question,
It seems like each singular email is entered 2x into Sharepoint. The first one works correctly showing the sender etc

The second one is just showing attachments.

How can I fix this please?

    Many thanks2.PNG

    Hi @krivera_2024 ï¼Œ

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, you can only add the image as an attachment.

    Best  Regards,

    Sunshine Gu

    Hi @krivera_2024 ,

I'm guessing there are other flows in your Power Automate environment that use the When an email is arrives trigger, when the email is received, another email will be sent to the inbox, resulting in the creation of two items, please check if there is a flow, if the flow exists, turn off it.

    Hey @v-yetonggu-msft
Thanks again for getting back to me.
Unfortunately, I don't think it will be suitable to have filters on the subject because my overall goal is to get emails from a specific folder (regardless of subject string) to be uploaded into sharepoint along with attachments in it.

    Context:

    • We have 1000s of different types of project we work on.
    • Per project we will have a Folder in Outlook
    • We need all emails related to the project (located in the corresponding folder) to be uploaded to Sharepoint as multiple people need access to those emails. This is helpful in case a team member is on leave or leaving the company so we can still access the emails related to a project even if we can't access/log into their email.

If there is a better way to do this, please let me know.

    Many thanks,
    Kristen
