Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a sharepoint list that I need an email to trigger when the status changes to resolved. Sometimes the user will place an attachement and I need that to go in the email itself. Everything works fine except the attachment because it's creating an additional version number in sharepoint when the attachment is added. (even though someone changed the status to resolve AND added the attachment in one swoop). Any ideas how to get around this.
