Hello everyone! I should start by saying I'm not experienced with Power Automate at all, neither am I a developer or IT person - so assume you're talking to someone who needs a lot of hand-holding. :) I'll try to be brief:
I work for a hospital, so I'm a bit limited in the software options I have. One of our nurses wanted to know if there is a way to have Outlook Calendar assist her more proactively in scheduling events according to patient profiles. Every day this nurse categorises the patients she has to visit with her team in one of four profiles. Each profile implies scheduling those visits with more or less urgency, and more or less often. What she wants is a way to tell Outlook calendar "I have a patient with Profile X.", and have it automatically find and suggest the earliest and most appropriate available slot on her calendar to schedule a visit.
I told her I didn't know how much easier we could make it than her looking at the calendar an scheduling things manually, but that I would to learn if there was anything we could try. That's how I ran into Power Automate. What do you think? Conceptually, could Power Automate do something like this?
Thank you!
