How to use the Flow Forward my Shifts Schedule to my calendar

Hi everyone.

Can anyone show me how to build this flow to transfer my shift from the once MS Teams shift to my Outlook calendar? Unfortunately the flow is too complicated for me as a beginner to use :/.
