Hello,
We have multiple flows with "For a selected file" (SharePoint) trigger packaged inside a Solution. In the past all users with appropriate access to the Library in SharePoint could trigger these flows, and I believe that it just inherited the SharePoint library's permissions to this end. Sometime in the last few weeks it changed and we now only have the option to use "Invite system users or teams".
Somehow we still had one user (not the flow owner, but a global Flow admin) who could still trigger the flows even though he was not listed as a run-only user, but the other users could not until manually added to to run-only user permissions.
Is this change known/intended? We don't want to have to manage permissions for this in both SharePoint and Flow separately.
Thanks
Same issue here! Any news on this.
We have 800 users and cannot add each one of them! Can't use solutions (and so child flows) anymore due to this.
