Can someone guide me how can I create a flow to send PDF letters created for employees by attaching it to the email when a file is posted in SharePoint.
I can name the letters by employee names, when an email is sent to particular employee then flow can check for file match and add that file to the email. File name "Employee Name = Letter Name".
I assume I need to create a SharePoint list and Document Library to post the letters? And guide flow steps.
