I have an environment that is taking up a chunk of capacity and I want to reduce the size. I had a look at the database capacity use for this environment and there's a line for RelevanceSearch taking up about 1.5gb. Anyone know what this is from and if/how I can get rid of it?
Hi @Anonymous :
Sorry I did not find a category named "RelevanceSearch" in the capacity analysis of my database. I suggest you try these two methods:
1\Follow the prompts on the page to release capacity
2\Maybe you can try to disable Relevance Search, and then check whether RelevanceSearch is still taking up about 1.5gb
Enable Relevance Search
Best Regards,

Hi @Anonymous,
You'll want to review the relevance search configuration and determine which tables and columns are enabled. The more tables and columns that are enabled, the more space the indexes created will consume. Review the documentation below on how to configure tables and columns for relevance search. Note that it could take some time for the changes to propogate, and potentially up to a day or so for the storage reports to reflect up to date consumption.

Thank you so much, you are a legend!
I disabled relevance search on this environment, and it has stopped taking up space but it did take a day or so to affect the database capacity in the admin centre.
I will definitely have a look at configuring the relevance search more efficiently in our other environments to prevent this being an issue again.
