Hi! I'm trying to test omnichannel and have the bot from PVA transfer to an agent, but after omnichannel was configured, when I test it on Teams I get Error code: TransferConversationNotSupported. I already checked all settings and everything looks fine on PVA. Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you solve it?
HI @Ingrid_Smidt If the transfer to D365 Omnichannel is not successful, check for any error messages or notifications that may be displayed in Omnichannel. These can provide clues about why the transfer is not working. The teams members you are trying to transfer to need to have the necessary permissions to receive conversation from Omnichannel. Check that the teams members have been added to the appropriate routing rules in Omnichannel, and that their user accounts have been set up correctly.
