Error loading Condition component

Hi all,

Since yesterday (maybe longer but not used) I have been getting a "Loading component error" when inserting a condition component into a new automation/flow. Have tried save and edit, delete and insert. Even tried a template flow and even though the condition component is there, if I try to edit it, I get the same error. This is causing issues as there are only so many if statements I want to add to an expression field. Any and all help gratefully accepted. Regards R

Hi,

Can you do the following please.

1. close browswers
2. clear cache
3. run incognito / private winodow
4. Try again

If it still doesn't work you'll need to open a ticket

Hello, I have been having the same problem for 3 days Doing what you say in incognito mode, it works, but I don't want to always go into incognito mode. Is there any other way to solve it?

I found that I do not have to be in incognito mode after I have flushed the cashe and run once incognito. I hope this is the same for you CarlotitaMrt. Regards R
