Hello, I encountered a weird situation.
I have a flow for sending notification mails and booking on a calendar after sombody filled a application form. I did some managements such as save as, rename, delete the old one...etc. It's acting abnormally these days and I found out that there are 3 flows with same process but unique ID.
Flow #1 is not shown in "My flows" list, I found it through PowerShell and access it by replacing the url.
(https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/[my environment]/flows/[#1 ID]/details). It is kind of read only, I am unable to turn it off or delete the actions inside. All changes will affect on flow #2 and #3, but flow #1 remains the same. For example, when I press "turn off" option, the screen shows it is turned off, however after refreshing the page, it is on again, and flow #2 and #3 are off.
Flow #2 is also not shown in "My flows" list, and was found by PowerShell too. It is bounded with flow #3, which means that any changes in flow #2 will also change flow #3, and vice versa.
Flow #3 is shown in "My flows" list and acting like all other normal flows, however it is not listed with cmd Get-AdminFlow in PowerShell.
My questions are:
(1) Why this happened? I'm using free trial though, but what if I am using a paid subscription? Do flow #1 and #2 consume my quota?
(2) How can I delete or turn off flow #1? It's really annoying that it is still working and sending wrong emails or booking wrong calender events.
(3) I am wondering what the difference between flow #2 and #3 is. They are totally the same except their unique ID. Even the run history are totally the same, they are triggered by the same input, and build the same calendar event (same ID), add the same record to a Sharepoint list. Can I just take it as there are 2 keys can open the only box?
Thank you.
I have similar problem having a flow with two ids, one in a solution another in "My flows". Changing either one will have the same effect on the other.
The issue is one of them keep failing with error 429 while the other is fine.
