How do I get the SP list fields to display? I used to be able to select a field on the form and it would display. When I click the data source in the menu and then choose 'calendar', the SP list that it is connected to, it does not display the fields.

You need to click on the Form in the tree pane and then choose Edit Fields in the properties pane.
I hope that leads you to where you want to be.
