Hi all,

I have flow which seems to be running okay, however when the document is approved, it is still showing "Pending" on the library.  Any ideas? Flow below:

    Hi @AlexJ01 ,

The flow itself seems correct. Did you refresh the SharePoint page after the approval for the change to reflect?

Hi @BCBuizer -I have tried refreshing, but it still shows as "Pending"

    Hi @AlexJ01 ,

Then let's have a look at the flow runs. Can you share one for an items where the status is not updating?

    Hi @AlexJ01 ,

As per this article, you can't change from Draft directly to Approved, as the status first has to be set to Pending:

    https://tomriha.com/how-to-set-content-approval-status-with-power-automate/

The solution is to first set the status to Pending, and to Approved straight after.
